Cancellation Policy

1. Sessions are strictly limited to 20 minutes and will end at the scheduled time to respect all bookings. If a parent joins late, the session will continue for the remaining time only. 2. Parents must book sessions through the official booking system and select their child’s assigned tutor. Bookings should be made at least 4 hours in advance and are subject to tutor availability. 3. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 1 hour before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited. 4. During the session, tutors will provide a short overview of progress, highlight key strengths, discuss areas for improvement, and outline the current academic focus. Parents will also have the opportunity to ask brief questions. 5. To ensure fair access for all families, parents may book one check-in session per month per subject, unless otherwise advised.
