Cancellation Policy

1. Lesson Bookings: - Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow for tutor availability confirmation. - Same-day bookings may not always be accommodated. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. - If a learner is not able to make a particular lesson for whatever reason, we do not credit lessons, but please contact us to re-schedule a make-up lesson as soon as possible. The make-up lesson must be made up before the end of the following month from the original lesson time. - In the case of a learner being absent without notice or if the notice is late, the lesson will be charged for as normal and not re-scheduled. 3. Emergency Cancellations: - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the case of a medical emergency or other unavoidable situations, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. 4. Tutor Cancellations: - If a tutor needs to cancel a lesson, we will notify you promptly and arrange a reschedule at no additional cost. 5. Late Arrivals: - If a learner is late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time. Tutors are not required to extend the lesson beyond the booked duration.
